When I told him how the cartoon was made, he actually liked the idea of working with cels, and suggested that I do that to stay even truer to the style.

I'm only asking for an assignment I'm doing.

We all had to draw a cartoon character from our childhood, and later draw ourselves in the same style that the creator of said character.

I drew Eddy from Ed Edd n Eddy, which was made with cel animation.
