command combos for asura

which commands attacks are worth for asura in PvE?
XX(down)XZZ..ZX seems cool but abit slow i think
maybe just i should spam ZZZZ?
or XXX XX..X ...

A common and efficient combo I see most Ara's use is ZZZ, and some add >>^Z or >>Z at the end.
I usually don't use XXX~ as it takes a while imo.

hmm, then against normal mobs i should use light combos(start with z) . but i can use heavy combos(start with x) against tanky big bosses ?
